Home built by [redacted] ([redacted]) has a foggy door glass. HK was advised 18 months ago and promised to get replacement. HK promised my wife eighteen months ago to replace the glass. After repeated calls I went tot their office in October 2014 and was promised it would be ordered. I went back in January 2015 and was told "it is on order".Desired SettlementReplacement glass for two doors.
