We also have another property at [redacted] which was unavailable because there were repairs being done at the property, in both cases, our secretary would have told you that the property was unavailable because she either did not have it on her rental list or the property status would show as "Unavailable'.In regards to the property manager that you had spoken with; would appreciate it you could provide some information in identifying who you had spoken with, either a first name or phone number. I have spoken with my property manager and he said that he would never refuse to speak with someone on the basis of their inability to speak mandarin. believe that the person you had spoken with was not our property manager because almost all of our tenants lack the ability to speak Mandarin.Please feel free to come to our office to pick up a list of all our available rentals.Thank You,Kelly *.
