We went to the Realty company to possibly retain their services to sell our home at *** in Philadelphia PA ***. The realtor Lee asked for our House key to do an evaluation of the property and never returned the key. We decided not to use their services and never signed any paperwork. To our surprise the realtor started sending people into our home to tour without our consent or written permission. We have contacted the PA Attorney General and also had to have our locks changed at our property. In addition, the realtor that we did retain for our home *** contacted the HK99 Realty and was cursed out on the phone. This was totally uncalled for and the behavior of HK 99 Realty is unprofessional. We feel like this needs to be addressed to future consumers as we feel like fraud and deceptive business practices is what this company is about...

What you find interesting to you they try to get you to view what they think you should have and give you a hard time and run around even if you qualify for what you want. This will be my second time going to this realtor but it’s my first time I gave up $50.00 for the application for something of my interest and I know for a fact they are going to try to get me to look at something else. Just because you are interested in a 3 bedroom house for yourself a house of your interest should they deny you and try to give you what they think you should have. All I want is peace and quite and I found an area of interest that is very nice and quite but I’m sure when I hear from them they are gonna say something different. All I’m saying is give customers who are interested in certain rentals what he/she wants especially if they can pay for it monthly. If they try to show me something else I’ll definitely be back on here giving my second review. Right now on a scale of 1-10 I give them a 2 for customers service/satisfaction.

They boldly said that their credit check was a soft check and would NOT damage a credit score. The VERY next day the credit score went down 7 points and said it was due to their check. Before running the credit check they had us pull up credit karma to check the report because they said that the credit score has to be above 650. Credit karma clearly stated that trans union was above 650 and equifax was 628. She did not say anything about this, took the money ran the credit check and said ' oh since this one is below 650, the landlord may require you to pay an extra month of security, and call today to confirm that the landlord would indeed like 4 months of rent (2 rent, 2 security). Their 5p dollar application fee also turns into 200 so 150 is due if you decide to rent the property. (I honestly feel as if this is thoroughly wrong; I am familiar with the landlord paying the realtor to find them tenants and its ok to charge 50 for an application fee to run someone credit but I have never heard of the tenant paying the landlord's representative $150. After I did not go to an agent asking the to find me properties I want to "realtor" office that represents the landlord to find them tenants. Overall I honestly think that this office purpose is to take advantage of people in difficult situations (they overcharge for a lacklustre property in a area where other properties are newly renovated. ex. Tacony properties are almost all newly renovated and start at 1100, they're charging 950 & 1000 for a property that looks run down, had paneling and dented walls, very out dating Kitchens and bathrooms, anticipating that someone will be willing to pay for the area where in all actuality the property should be around 800- 850. I can not say that they are slumlords as some of their past tenants have but I can say that the 2 properties that I viewed suggests it.
