Signed contract for roofing work from hail storm. Work never performed and 1st disbursement from Mortgage company given. I am requesting refund I signed a contract with Brian H [redacted] @ H&L consulting. He was to replace roof, screens and paint and replace were wood was rotten. It was almost a year when I finally found out that work signed with H&L Consulting and Brian H [redacted] was being worked by [redacted] Construction who came out and said too much wood was rotten and it would cost 15,000.00 more to fix. [redacted] actually made a bigger mess by making holes in my siding. Once they had Insurance back out and it would not be covered. They sent me letter stating they could not do the work under the contract signed with H&L consulting. I have since gone with a company that did the work to get my House back to normal after the hail storm and the extra damage that [redacted] Construction did. What I want is the disbursement that H&L took and never did any work to my house. I am looking for $35

I received tornado damage on Dec2015, H & L Contracting Service has of Deccompleted the job Bryant business owner, as failed to returned any phone call, or text I send a certified letters to his place of business both in Rockwall and Quinlan and they both came back Please do not do business with this company

We sustained hail damage in March of The roof, gutters and back porch were damaged*** and his crew were present in our neighborhood the following day and I did speak with himHe said he could take care of everything, roof, gutters and the screen in porchWe signed with H&L and went over the contract from the mortgage companyAs of September 2016, H&L has not completed all of these tasks*** will not return my calls, text messages or letters to the address listed
We just want the work completed so we can close with the mortgage company and get this behind usH&L has taken advantage of us and taken our money without completing the work

We contacted *** ***, owner of H&L Contracting Services on 2/15/concerning the replacement of the roofs of two residencesOur goal was to ask about the $17,that had been deposited into his account by *** *** his customer representative
