I am rejecting this response because: They should not have charge my account again, I should have gotten notified because the company have the company of the contract with my phone number in it, that way it gives me the chance to call the bank and find out what happenedAccording to the bank the transaction cleared as I have fund to cover for the chargesI never cancelled any transaction, and as right now my account is negative, did not receive any refund

I have no problem making this right I told him the 1st day he called he is welcome to come in and see the paperwork on 3/20/2018 he called 18 times this day and  I told him I needed to research it, he never mentioned an OD fee on this day On 3/21/2018 I told him we refunded the 200 even though I still have not been paid for the service we provided and it can take 3-5 days it is dependent upon the cc company and the bank; it was not until this time he mentioned and Overdraft fee.  the documents I have says the customer was the one that cancelled the credit card because it hit his account twice due to the credit card company. I have refunded the 200$ .and provided the proof of refund in the previous response.
