Great Experience
Every person I had contact with through The Roof Maker was helpful, friendly, and professional. It only took 2 days to replace the roof, and the new one is beautiful and appears to be very well done. Shannon Mims was wonderful to work with! Also, A young man named David came back on Day 3 to clean up and move debris. Even though the roofers had run a magnet over the front yard, I casually mentioned concerns about picking up a nail in my tire. David was already loaded up and ready to leave, but he immediately went to his truck and returned w/a high powered magnet and announced that he would sweep over the yard again. The number of nails he picked up was unbelievable. I genuinely appreciated the unprompted extra effort on his part not to mention the additional time he took to give outstanding customer service!
