Customer is unhappy with her window placement that she had specifically drawn out on the blueprint that she personally designed and is wanting H & M Construction to fix the error that she had made on the drawing that she provided, and H & M
Construction to fix at our costThe window is ten inches over from the Interior wall like she had on her personally designed print that she drew, and customer underestimated the end result, and in turn caused her to be dissatisfiedWe were willing to do it if she was going to pay the parts and laborShe refused
Customer never stated that she requested John *** board soffit materialWe use standard vinyl soffit material unless specified by customer, and this was never stated in arty of the quotes that we providedOnce project was completed three months later, customer stated then stated that she wanted John ***! SoffitAgain we stated that H & M Construction would do if she paid labor and material, as this was not discussed in any on the planning prior to building the houseWe provided a meeting with an Architect, *** ***, to assure the house had the materials necessary that she personally designed for her home, H & M Constructinn hoped for a professional print, but customer chose not to use our Architect and wanted H & M Construction to continue with her personal print that she designedWe suggested this to avoid exactly what we are dealing with now
H & M Construction has left an open line of communication with the*** via email, phone, and texts, as we have documented all email conversationsif a call is made and a message is left we return the calls as soon as able, No communication has been left undone, until she shut the garage door in H & M Construction and the County inspectors faceThey were living in the home and still expecting H & M Construction to fix the window, change the door (that she ordered on her own from *** ***)
We were trying to speak with her because they were occupying the home without an occupancy permit, and trying to finalize everything with customer, and *** was not willing to talk and ended with her choice in shutting the door on usOur Job was to finish the house down to drywall, the customer was going to finish the rest on their own, but how can we, when customer moved in without a permit? H & M Construction still has a final draw due from the customer, and concerned that she feels she dones not owe due to her dissatisfactions
Last but not least in regards to the removal of dirt that customer has accused us of taking was full of debris and material, in other words, was "dirty dirt" that we disposed of* had called *** *** and was very upset and was using profanities that was not approaching the situation professionally*** and *** had worked out the fact that the dirt that was taken was approxyards of rubble and debris, in which *** apologized for the misunderstanding

Dirt was stolen by contractor from our property and used on their own propertyIt was neither replaced nor credited
They still have not completed the project; Electrial: Incorrect outlet was installed for the stackable washer/dryer laundry centerIt requires 120v amps, separate breakerThey used all spaces in the electrical box placing every receipts into one ampStandard construction is - outletsThis will cause issues for resaleIt will not pass inspection for loans without available spaces for more breakersThe smoke alarms, which are part of the electrical, were not installedThere are still missing electrical plates and a broken plate not replacedWe found some RV plates being passed off as home construction useThey reported back in April on their Facebook page that they were done with the project but yet they installed drywall after that date and even said in their response that they couldn't finish the projectIn the same letter they stated it was completed
There is still damage to our shed done by the contractor during the time they tore down the other house
We did not close the door in their faceThe garage door was closed while they were escorting the inspector around the house due to the amounts of construction equipment, supplies and cabinetry store thereThis is a safety precautionI was about 15' from them when they drove away and was easily assessable to open the door for them
The print shows the spacing of the windowIt was to be centered on the outside wallAll window heights vary as much as 3/"throughout the houseSee attached documentationIt is not as the contractor stated
There were phone calls to both partners and emails the day they walked off the job without completionNeither has returned the email contact or phone calls

It was reported that the mother of one of the partners was telling our neighbors that they wanted out of the contract because they didn't want to do the corrections listThey never discussed the problems only argued and talked over us when we tried having discussions
We did not purchase any windows or doors as stated by contractors in their response
We were living in the trailer not in the house as H & M has reportedThe purchase of the trailer was made after permission was given by the building department in August of At one point *** secured us an area on his parent's property on the same lake chain for us to use the trailer during teardownIt was there for approximately months
I set up the bed so we could mark the walls for the walk in closet when my husband returned from workThat is the only piece of furniture plus a lamp in the house when they requested the inspector to comeThe bed was not even made but had a blanket placed over the mattress to keep dust and dirt off as they had not yet installed the screen doors on any of the doorsMichaels stated he had question of the inspector so he could complete the work they were required to doThey refused to pay the building permit extension as they said they didn't need the inspector anymore but called him in a couple weeks after the refusal
