I am a partner in HM properties and the building that *** leased was in excellent shape until she moved inShe has never made a lease payment on time for the years that we leased to herAfter months she became a month behind and never caught upShe owes HM properties $11,
dollars for back lease paymentsThe building has been so full of clothing and junk you could not even move around the insideI stopped and checked on things at least every months, and was amazed at how much stuff was just piled up all over the floors. nothing was ever said about the roof or the heaters. I was never told that the building leaked and when I evicted her from the building with a court order she left a huge mess for me to clean up. If you need pictures let me knowI also checked with MDU to see what was the problem with the heaters and the never had any record of any problems with heaters in the building.It seems funny that she stated that all for this was from the start Why did she stay if the property leaked and the heaters did not work? I had to get a court order to get her to vacate my property (Why would she want to stay?)I’m suing her for $11,for unpaid rent and attorney’s feesI also have several bad checks that she wroteAll and all I feel that *** needs to figure out how to pay her bills and not blame the landlord for her business decisionsIf you need the court papers let me know
