We charge about triple for this service typically but he was a referral from a potentially lucrative company so we gave him a sweet deal if you will. We also charged him a monthly fee of $145.00, which he has yet to officially cancel. We sent the second design mockup to him on 9/5/13 and that email was never responded too by phone or email. A design mockup was explained to [redacted] to be just that, a mockup. He was welcome to give his feedback and if he absolutely hated it we would have gone back to the drawing board and sent him another design. We help our customers get what they want, we go to exhaustive practices to make sure of that.
In summary, [redacted] said he didn’t want the website, then he did want the website, then he didn’t. Depending on the day you caught him he would either be all for it or wanting to postpone. We never new if he wanted the website or not. We had many meetings, conference calls, and did two complete design mockups for him. He never made any decisions on any. To this day he has never submitted an official in writing cancellation notice (by mail or email). His account balance from monthly services accruing to date is more than the money he paid up front. Cohesive Ideas, Inc. welcomes the feedback and communication from it’s customers but we can only work with our customers if they are willing to communicate, make decisions, and give feedback. We decline to give him [redacted] a refund because of time spent working on his project and the balance he contractually owed our company for monthly services.
