At this time, I have been contacted directly by H&M Transportation regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] They are not willing to agree to return the two charges ? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] The driver was told multiple times by my daughter and also by the dispatcher he was on the radio with, the correct address and he ignored both people telling him the correct address and at that point my daughter was afraid and the driver was not taking her to the correct address and actually drove by the address and she told him that she wanted to get out, which was not anywhere near the correct location The second charge has showed up as $additionally, why did the driver charge an additional $8.00? The driver was told multiple times by my daughter and also by the dispatcher he was on the radio with, the correct address and he ignored both people telling him the correct address and at that point my daughter was afraid and the driver was not taking her to the correct address and actually drove by the address and she told him that she wanted to get out, which was not anywhere near the correct location. 
The second charge has showed up as $8.00 additionally, why did the driver charge an additional $8.00? 
I want a refund of the $12.00 and the full refund of the $8.00.

According to the town of north Hempstead taxi code; we are allow to pickup additional passenger without notifying the first client that is already in the cab.
Our driver dropped her off at the place where exactly she wanted go, if she had the wrong address that wouldn't be our company's fault...

at all.
She paid for the ride with a credit card and was charged only $12.00 if the client send us their cc statement as a proof of the second charge for $6.00 we will be more than happy to refund that $6.00 back to them.

Review: During a recent taxi ride, my daughter walked to the local train station and took one of the cabs sitting and waiting for passengers. The driver accepted a second rider and did not notify my daughter that in some cases they will take other passengers who may be traveling in the same direction. The driver was told exactly where to take my daughter by the person working for H&M and loading taxi's. The driver took the second passenger to her location as she begged to get dropped off first and my daughter had an appointment to make and she was late for. The second passenger was not in the same location as my daughter they actually dropped her off in another city and the driver became lost and at that point, my daughter became upset and scared as she was not sure where she was and where he was taking her and requested him to pull over and an office building and let her out. He instructed her to pay $12, as the meter was not running and it was up to him to decide how much. At that point my daughter fearing for her safety agreed and gave her credit card to the driver and he charged her the $12 and tossed the card back to her and she got out of the cab. SHe realized alter that she lost her card and also after calling the bank to cancell the card, they told my daughter that the driver charged her an additional $6 without her consent. I have requested that my bank dispute both charges. I spoke with the cab company and they are siding with the driver and saying that my daughter was dropped off at the correct location and they did not know the driver charged her again.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and I would also like Revdex.com to make a note in their files that the cab company handles customers in a poor manner and they have drivers who may overcharge the customer without the customers knowledge.
