H&M Vacuum

Review: Owner [redacted] received my vacuum for repair late last year of 2013. I was told it was a broken drive clutch and was told it would be fixed. Two months down the road no call, no update on the status of my vacuum. Went in personally to ask for an update and they stated it was not repaired yet. Now June of 2014 the owner still has the vacuum and last we were told that he was not able to find all the parts for the vacuum. He stated that he was not able to fix it and to take it back to order the parts and have someone else fix it. Though till this day the owner has failed to call back as he promised a number of times. I would like to have my vacuum back in the condition it was given to him.Desired Settlement: If he is unable to 100% provide our Dyson vacuum as it was given to him. He should assume all responsibility and pay myself for the item in full. A apologize would be great too.
