Absolutely the WORST company I have ever dealt withHorrible horrible customer service, constantly pulling sneaky maneuvers to get more money out of you for there crappy services! If I had known when I signed my lease with my apartment that they were my only option as far as cable and Internet I would have found a different apartment complexAnd after talking to my apartment complex they have had problems keeping people there only because of there contract with suite solutions and how horrible they areEvery month it's a new problem with them and they don't care at all about your problemsRidiculous and will never deal with them again!

I am having consistent problems with this internet service being reliable. Frequently my service interrupts for portions of the day, some brief interruptions and other periods for hours at a time. The minor interruptions may seem like a petty complaint, however I work from home ( which I have informed this company a number of times), and when the internet cuts out even for a moment, my systems disconnect resulting in dropped calls. For the longer periods of interruption ( which is frequently a problem) I have called and discussed with customer service. Each Time I am told there is "scheduled maintenance".....I have requested to be notified prior to this, and was told they could not do that. Both my husband and I have requested managers call us multiple times, and have not been allowed to speak with a manager. In the past managers simply "were not available" Today there is suddenly a POLICY that when customer requests to speak to a manager they must wait 24-48 hours prior to someone calling them. I simply refused today and stated I would stay on the line until a manager was found. My call transferred and "accidentally disconnected" 3 times. Not to mention if you call after hours there is an answering service that answer with the sole purpose to tell you there is no one available and to call back during business hours. Mind you I do not hold the customer service reps responsible as they clearly are being set up for failure. Given I work from home I need RELIABLE service ( as they clearly falsely advertise this), Unfortunately I am in an apartment complex that only allows this company to service the residents. I understand maintenance is something that needs to happen, schedule it during non peak hours like the everyone else. Your customer service policies certainly need to be revised.

I live in an apartment complex and the only option for cable and internet service is Suite Solutions. I assume this is because of a contract the complex has with them. The following are my issues; partial and complete signal loss happening a lot, the program guide having to be downloaded a lot, customer service calls being as much as 7 days out from the original request to address problem/s, when there is a problem that can be fixed over the phone I have to go through a lot of steps and time on my part. In the past with another company when I called with a problem that cs would be able to do the fixes themselves with little to no input from me, and if they couldn't do it that way they would send someone out within 24 hrs. Very dissatisfied.

First, let me say that I work in Information Technology and have for the last 15 years. I use Suite Solutions to provide my Internet service. Their service is constantly going down which requires me to call the company. I rely on my ISP so I can do my job and I don't even get a notice when it is going down for routine maintenance. Their internet service is unreliable and their customer service is not much better. Unfortunately, in the apartment building I live in I am unable to purchase anything other than Suite Solutions. I don't recommend their service to anyone who has other options.

I have had poor service from this company since moving into my condo. Today was the worst. My Internet service and cable service have been down all day and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours. I asked to have a repair technician come out ASAP and they said I would have to wait 6 days! I called the property management company and they said there was nothing they could do because they were under contract with this provider and residents don't have the option of using another service. They also said that they have received a lot of complaints about Suite Solutions for years. I also tried to "Live Chat" with a customer service person and no one responded. I work from a home office and need reliable Internet service at all times! This is unbelievable!!
