First, let me say that I work in Information Technology and have for the last yearsI use Suite Solutions to provide my Internet serviceTheir service is constantly going down which requires me to call the companyI rely on my ISP so I can do my job and I don't even get a notice when it is going down for routine maintenanceTheir internet service is unreliable and their customer service is not much betterUnfortunately, in the apartment building I live in I am unable to purchase anything other than Suite SolutionsI don't recommend their service to anyone who has other options
I live in an apartment complex and the only option for cable and internet service is Suite SolutionsI assume this is because of a contract the complex has with themThe following are my issues; partial and complete signal loss happening a lot, the program guide having to be downloaded a lot, customer service calls being as much as days out from the original request to address problem/s, when there is a problem that can be fixed over the phone I have to go through a lot of steps and time on my partIn the past with another company when I called with a problem that cs would be able to do the fixes themselves with little to no input from me, and if they couldn't do it that way they would send someone out within hrsVery dissatisfied
I have had poor service from this company since moving into my condo Today was the worst My Internet service and cable service have been down all day and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that someone would get back to me in 24-hoursI asked to have a repair technician come out ASAP and they said I would have to wait days! I called the property management company and they said there was nothing they could do because they were under contract with this provider and residents don't have the option of using another service They also said that they have received a lot of complaints about Suite Solutions for yearsI also tried to "Live Chat" with a customer service person and no one respondedI work from a home office and need reliable Internet service at all times! This is unbelievable!!
