High Performance engines because of the nature of their use do not typically carry any warrantee however URE offers its customer a warrantee they can purchase to cover the parts on theircustom engine. The URE warrantee purchase by the customer covers only parts and makes no allowances for
any labor claimThe customer was provided parts for his engine as stipulated bythe warranteeHis demand for further compensation of labor costs is outline specifically as not coveredIn a bid for goodwill and to maintain the relationship with this customer URE has now provided the customer with the requested reimbursement of labor costs on this incidentThis was not an obligation of URE and in no way admits any liability on the part of UREWe do hope this brings this incident to a close and maintains our favorable rating with the Revdex.com

Hi,I need to reopen this complaint please.The company has not met their latest deadline and I have been trying to contact them however there business does not seem to exist anymore.We would like your money back please.How do I reopen this case?You may send it directly to me if there will be any changes made.
