This roof repair was a problem for us and was not taken care of in a timely manner. Elk Roofing was not able to fix this leak even after several trips. I would be willing to refund Sharon $1400.00. that is the amount she paid to Elk Roofing.
The customer was immediately contacted as I mentioned to Revdex.com quite some time ago. We used the conventional waxing process and we thought the car looked fine considering the depth of the scratches. We asked her to please allow us to re-do her truck any time that was convenient for her and...
it would not take more than 3-4 hours depending on her time constraints. This was explained to the customer. For 50+ years we have been picking up vehicles for detailing starting at 6:30 AM. We could have had her car back mid-morning but she declined our offer. We then proceeded in writing her a long letter explaining what transpired and offer a solution to the problem and she declined again. We've detailed well over 100,000 cars over the years and find it very insulting to not be given a chance rectify this problem. PS; Within our time span of our being in business, how many customers have actually called Revdex.com with a complaint??PPS; In all of our years in business, I have been brought to small claims court once...and won the case!
