The customer was immediately contacted as I mentioned to Revdex.com quite some time ago We used the conventional waxing process and we thought the car looked fine considering the depth of the scratchesWe asked her to please allow us to her truck any time that was convenient for her and it would not take more than 3-hours depending on her time constraintsThis was explained to the customerFor 50+ years we have been picking up vehicles for detailing starting at 6:AMWe could have had her car back mid-morning but she declined our offerWe then proceeded in writing her a long letter explaining what transpired and offer a solution to the problem and she declined again We've detailed well over 100,cars over the years and find it very insulting to not be given a chance rectify this problemPS; Within our time span of our being in business, how many customers have actually called Revdex.com with a complaint??PPS; In all of our years in business, I have been brought to small claims court once...and won the case!
