Review: At a day of receiving a bed there were 3 boxes delivered to us: 2 of them were originally packed whereas the last one was visibly unpacked before and taped with regular a duct tape. Upon discovering this fact my [redacted] called an [redacted] of HMB CORP from where we purchased the bed. She diligently informed him that one of the packages was opened before - carton did not look like new, it was not unopened one, which we agreed to buy. I immediately took pictures of the suspicious box. We confirmed with the [redacted] of HMB CORP that I would not open it for the next couples of days because I was busy with school and apartment renovation. He assured us that if we find something missing in the box he would gladly accept return or exchange of the bed. However, when I finally opened the non-originally packed box I found inside :1. one of the wood mattress support planks are broken ,2. Almost all of the others were curved ,warped and unusable, 3 .there were missing pre drilled holes for the included wheels ( necessary to fix and use the bed safely), 4. some screws were missing. My [redacted] called the [redacted] and informed him what we found in the box. She was told that the bed will be exchanged for brand new one but we have to deliver the bed back ourselves. In order to do that, we had to rent a car big enough to fit all the boxes. However, when my [redacted] got to a store at agreed with the [redacted] date and time, there was only a seller present. He called the [redacted] and my [redacted] spoke with him over the phone. The [redacted] denied that as he agreed to take back the bed and told her that there are no returns in his store- under any circumstances. Finally , she had to take all 3 boxes back home ( paying for the return trip) and so far we have been storing them for more than 1 month at home even though there is no space in our tiny apartment for that and we already bought a brand new bad from [redacted]..Desired Settlement: return accepted, money returned
