Review: I shipped a package on May **, 2013 to [redacted] and as of today; August **, 2013, no one has received it. I called the service and they said customs has it. Then I was told that it could not be found. Now I asked them for a refund and they said that I didn't buy insurance. But I was never asked about buying insurance when I sent the package. They only asked about insurance after the package was lost. The package cost me $700.00 US to ship and they are saying they can only refund me $100.00. I want my full refund.Desired Settlement: I want the $700.00 back that I paid to ship my package or find my package.
