Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12609484, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe seller REFUSES to provide proof of a VALID TRACKING NUMBER If the package was sent legitimately by the seller, I need the tracking number to provide to law enforcement so I'm able to pursue a criminal complaint of theftSince the seller WILL NOT provide this information, I am to assume that the tracking number does not actually exist and the package was NEVER SENTHMD Sporting Gear did offer to provide a replacement package at THEIR EXPENSE, however, they defaulted on that agreementIf I do not receive a refund in full for the merchandise I ordered and paid for, other legal action WILL BE TAKEN
We have been corresponding with this customer for several months nowHis shipment left our store within days of purchase and delivery confirmation on the package via US Postal service tracking shows it delivered to the customer’s address on time as agreed uponAfter a long period of time passed,
customer said that he had not received the package at which time we tracked the packed and it shows that the delivery was made
