being an owner of any of the business clients that we perform accounting services for. If there is a problem that needs to be addressed it should be done by the owner. Our files do not list this gentleman as owner nor do any of our tax return documents list him as an owner. I also looked up the business client on the Pennsylvania Department of State Business & Public charity website, and once again he was not listed as an owner or officer.I would be happy to resolve any situation that should arise with any client but I must also protect our clients' confidential information. Please be advised our firm has not changed ownership recently either. We strive to answer and resolve any problem with our clients in a timely and professional manner and we would be happy to discuss this with an owner of the business.
