Review: This company is a delivery company who deliver package from United States to China, I was informed by them by email that I have a package incoming. But I never purchased anything, but I always have friends sending me something so I thought maybe someone send me a gift, so I deposited $45 to pay for the delivery fee. Then after 15 days they told me that it's someone else's package, not mine. They even accused me of claiming other's package to be mine. It's ridiculous. It's their mistake to put others package into my account. Then my request is simple, I just want $45 back. But they refused. It now looks like they are frauding me to deposit my account by cheating me of non-existing package.Desired Settlement: I want the $45 in my account to be retured as a check and mail to my address.
