The machines are rigged no good hits if they were federally governed they would wrap it with crime scene tape .or change their name to Take Rob and Steal.I am done there and any Indian casino it's take take take!

Review: On Sunday February 23rd, 2014 I attempted to reserve a room for a specific date per the companys website. At the time I was allowed to pick the date which was not at the time blocked/sold out, I was also able to pick a desired room and the website allowed me to continue to confrming my reservation. I then provided my credit card information and procedded to submit. After a moment, it directed me to call the reservation desk so I did. Once I got through, a very rude and unprofessional young lady simply told me that they were booked that particular night. I explained what happened on the website and she quickly responded with that's a different department and I don't know how that works which makes the company incompetent in training it's employees. After she basically hung on me, I attempted a 2nd phone call and connected with another young lady who was equally rude and short and too, didn't have a clue about how the website worked. Fortunately, I didn't allow her to hang up on me and asked to speak with the manager. She then informed me she was not in and directed me to the managers voicemail where I left a detailed message and contact information. It is now Tuesday February 25th and still no call from the manager.Desired Settlement: Due to lack of response from the manager and the rudeness portrayed on behalf of Ho Chunk nation and the poorr website allowing me to continue all the way through the reservation process and ultimately not allowing me to make my reservation, I feel it's only fair to provide me with a complimentary night. Hopefully if resolved, this will teach the employees and manager a lesson on customer service!!!

We recently stopped at the Ho chunk casino in Baraboo. We have used the Valet Service always with out incident. monday march 22nd 2016 . We used it again. Upon leaving the casino we had our car brought to us. The young man brought it up and jumped out , he stopped long enough to get his tip and went very quickly into the building. Upon getting into the car we all noticed that everything in the car was all shoved to the right side. I also noticed the traction control light was on as was the parking brake light. I was kinda upset and figured I would come back the next day. I told the man at the Valet office and here was his response didn't you read the back of the ticket. Not responsible for any damage if taken off the lot. He was kind of a [redacted] about it in which I said , I only wanted you to know what happened. I told him if it ever happens again there will be hell to pay. Well Now As I examine my car. it looks as if they were trying to do a power slide with it. No more Valet parking for me.

I was on my annual family camping trip to which 12-14 of us take a trip to Ho-chunk casino in wisconsin dells annually. I was playing roulette and the dealer made a mistake with my money. I told him and the pit boss and they agreed to check the tape and pay me if I was correct. 60 minutes went by and I ran out of money. The pit boss came by and was very rude. Told me I needed to settle up with a fellow player whom the dealer erroneously paid. I felt uncomfortable asking another player to turnover a significant number of their chips. Finally after this all unfolded the other player paid me without intervention from the very rude pit boss and inexperienced dealer. I logged a formal complaint with the manager that night( July 25,26?) and filled out a complaint comment card the next day (July 25,26?). An acknowledgement of my complaint was never received and I never felt my complaint was taken seriously throughout the process. I have given 3 months for response of further action because the manger that night insisted it would take time to process my complaint.
