I will have another tile contractor look at the issues! The tile man is the best there is and he always uses a wet saw to install tile When the glass tile is less than an inch in size he would cut off a finger if he used an electric saw to cut the tiles Large glass tiles can be cut with a wet saw! This was not the case with this tile your wife selected Please explain why she accepted the job as complete and told me he was finished, if in fact you were not happy with his workMy contracts say that all warranties are those of the manufacturer and installer
Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:INTERESTING! The tile people I spoke with indicated that the glass tiles should have been cut using a wet saw to produce a better outcomeI showed them these pictures, which I have attached for you viewing and they said it was unacceptable tile work.If I were trying to covsome bad workmanship, I would cake on the mud tooMy wife said that your tile contractor was not using a wet sawShe also indicated your tile contractor said working tile was not his thingYes, I agree!

His wife approved the tile work and I paid the contractor after she approved his work and let him leave. I contacted my tile layer and he said he was not sure he could ever please the husband. Glass tiles are very difficult to cut and they had to be cut in each corner which did not show
until the husband insisted that I remove all grout in those corners which was a mistake because now those pieces which are part of the glass tiles that fit in the corners show where the glass is cut. I tried to hire another tile layer and every tile layer tells me the same thingThat is the best that glass tiles cut are going to look!
