I am rejecting this response because:  I sent the required paperwork complaint form in and sent emails re: trash on side of my unit and I askes you to call me or invite me in. All you are doing is passing this on so you do not have to do deal with anything.  One phone call or email to me weeks ago or even months ago would of solved this.

HOA Simple is the management company, we are not The HOA, that would be the Board of Directors, HOA Simple reports to the Board of Directors of the HOA, that is our customer. We can only act on what they have approved to act upon. The Board has approved Rules and a complaint process. That process...

requires a Witness Statement to be sent to HOA Simple for a warning to be sent to another Owner, similar to the one sent on 4/10. A warning was sent to the Owner from this Witness Statement.HOA Simple has not received additional Witness Statements to send additional letters. [redacted] seems to believe texting our office telephone is delivered to us, but it does not come through, so we have not seen these texts that he says he has sent. Thus, there were not replies.As far as the 2 boys, he did not ask us to do anything, he sent [redacted] an email when she was on vacation. She had an auto responder to say she was out of the office and this was not forwarded to the rest of the HOA Simple team, thus nothing was done. [redacted] apparently cleaned up. Again no Witness Statement to send a warning letter or take action.We would suggest [redacted] attend a Board Meeting to express his frustration. The Board is who would change the process. We can not send letters with out a Witness Statement. We would also suggest [redacted] call the police or 311 for animal control. The police are always quicker than an HOA to get action.Thanks[redacted]
