Our corporation recently went through an overhaul changing our corporation from a C corp to an S corp as well as partner buyouts. We needed an appraisal of all our assets as well as a business valuation. Hoaglund enterprises far exceeded our expectations. Not only did they communicate to us keeping us updated throughout the process they dotted every I and crossed every T. We are a large nationwide corporation and we knew this project was a large undertaking. Hoaglund Enterprise came through and delivered. Recently, this company was contacted by the loan company we were working with to appraise our home. When the gentleman arrived, he had made several comments that concerned my husband and myself. Once we received the appraisal, we were shocked by the homes he used as "Comps". Our home has been recently updated, which he made mention that he thought it was a newer home, and one of the homes he used literally needs to be gutted. We had an appraisal done several years ago during the low market values, and prior to our upgrades (roof, driveway, kitchen, furnace, etc) which have approved. His appraisal was almost $14,000 below that appraisal. We had a seasoned real estate agent come in and use proper comps on our home and let us know that this gentleman is very off on his information. When I tried to email [redacted], he never responded.
