hoamco is incredibly unprofeesional
Retaliation, intimidation, and bullying failed. On a resent zoom call MS demanded to know my home address after he didn't like the question I asked. then kicked me off the call when I refused to submit to his bullying. I can only assume he wanted the address to retaliate.

Fire Hazards ignored
I called to discuss fir hazards on adjoining HOA Properties and Micheal Smith refused to listen. He is extremely unprofessional. He should never be in a position to interact with other people.

Santa Fe NM
Where do you find your managers! Michael Smith is very unprofessional and horrible customer service! not worth even talking with. I don't think he likes his job and or even wants to do it! By far the worst HOA in Santa Fe NM!

Staffing
HOAMCO is a corporation and like businesses the problems are usually caused by poor staffing. The accounting assigned to our HOA does not pay the bills timely, does not follow up on recurring expenses, and cannot produce financial reports on time for our meetings (so we moved our meetings).
The manager assigned to our HOA does not have the time to attend to our problems because his portfolio is "too large". His emails are sloppy, unorganized and do not address the problems in a clear understandable timely manner. He takes action and makes decision without consulting the BOD. We are patiently waiting for their contract to expire. Would not recommend them to anyone.

After living in the Anderson Hills area for over a decade I was totally surprised at the selling of my home that they charge close to $400 for the transfer of the HOA into the new buyers name. This charge was also duplicated for Blossom Ridge at Anderson Hills for a total of $800. Surprising that the "same" company handles both HOA's. Stay away from the Anderson Hills development and HOAMCO (formerly "entrustam)" run HOA's.
Very disappointed in the lack of response and services at Blossom Ridge in dealing with CC&R violations. Too numerous to mention and I got tired of notifying them.

We lived in Highlands Ranch in Chino Valley for a number of years. We were one of the first few homes being built when they were starting. We bought into a HOA so we didn't have to look or deal with anyones crappy junk hole. Well, this HOA was a complete joke! When the market took a crap and numerous houses foreclosed some were then purchased and turned into rentals. What a mess. Nothing is more depressing then turning into your neighborhood and seeing the first two houses with weeds grown up peeking over the back fence. Weeds growing through the rocks in the front yards. Cars parked in the front yards, furniture in the yard and driveway and trash everywhere. It didn't matter what the holiday was they were just all combined. Lights left up all year. Halloween all year. Highly irritating. Went to the HOA-Hoamco on NUMEROUS occasions. Nothing. Asked them if they would like to look at the crap if it was next to their house, but of course not. Nothing was ever done even though they said they "talked to them" pffft bfd! So then Mandalay comes in and starts building their crap houses. Talked to the HOA and was assured that NO HOUSE under $250,000 would be built to bring down the others values. Yeah right. When they started building a 1400 sq ft house that some [removed] paid $20,000 over to get it above the $250,000 price. We stuck a for sale sign in our front yard and sold our house and was happy to get the hell out! Hoamco doesn't give a flying f[redacted] about the home owner...BUYER BEWARE!

I am a home owner in the [redacted] of Albuquerque, NM. I have had a hard time with the HOA, they have hired a third party company to do "courtesy patrols" at night in our gated subdivision. Why do I need extra security in my GATED subdivision that has had no break ins or thefts since I moved here? In these patrols they say that parking on the streets is not aloud in a gated subdivision or the vehicle will be towed, but in my HOA regulations it clearly states that guests are aloud to park on the street for 7 consecutive days or they will be towed, it says nothing of me having to call anyone to register my guest. This HOA wants me as a combat vet and homeowner, to call this third party company, who I do not know or trust, and tell them the type of vehicle and my address or they will put a boot on my quest car. When I called to tell them this they said it was legal and they will allow a third party mystery company to be in front of my house in the middle of the night like cowards and harass my guests with a boot on their vehicle. Do not let this company harass you into making sure its ok for you to have friends over for the night.

Terribly rude HOA community managers.

Last year, Hoamco allowed our [redacted] board to approve a $12,000 raise for [redacted], Hoamco's employee as the RVS manager. However, Hoamco has taken no action with this employee despite persistent concerns regarding Mr. [redacted]'s ongoing excessive (in the extreme) absenteeism. Because he is so rarely in the management office, residents are now required to make appointments in order to conduct business. Recently residents received an email blast requesting that we go to the North office if Mr. [redacted] is out of RVS office. However, the North manager is paid by the North for services rendered to the North and receives no compensation, financial or otherwise, for his significantly increased workload (including being subjected to vehement complaints by RVS residents who have attempted several times to find Mr. [redacted] in his office), while Mr. [redacted], with Hoamco's blessing, continues to receive his $12,000 raise. This is one of MANY examples of mismanagement by Hoamco. Hoamco is doing a TERRIBLE job!!!!! They acquiesce to the HOA president's demands, to the great detriment of the residents of our community. This company should be rated F and be OUT OF BUSINESS!

Hoamco is a very poor corporate. They do everything possible to avoid fixing the problems that a homeowner may have and are very unprofessional. They have poor attitudes and are extremely lazy. They do not want help in any situation.
