Hoard 'O Bits

Ordered some head bits for admech, order arrived in a week and was missing 1 of 5 bits, seller has taken 2 weeks and a paypal claim escalation to respond, and pretty much said I could send the parts back for a refund. NO, I want the bits I paid for, a refund that I have to pay for to send back, and then wait for processing, is not acceptable, I will not eat their mistake here.

Plus, if I do get a refund, it doesn't cover shipping for the replacement bits I will need to order, which they charge $10 for on their website, If I order from them again, I am out of pocket for shipping if I go with a refund for their error.

Their customer service is absolutely atrocious, lacking any sign of compassion, caring, or honor in their services.

Eat your mistakes, don't serve them to the customer and expect them to deal with it.

Review: There are multiple complaints. First, I have attempted to resolve this issue on my own. I only received a response after the third e-mail. They don't respond quickly if at all. USPS tracking (USPS tracking #[redacted]) shows the order (Hoard 'O Bits order #[redacted]) was delivered but I never received it. When I talked to the local postmaster here in [redacted] he said the business would have to submit a for a refund from the postal service. Also, I attempted to log on to the website and am unable to do so. I receive a message stating I am trying access the site without authorization. This is one of the problems with this company. I am completely unable to get an address. I have tried looking on the web site, done a reverse phone number on white pages, and done just a plain web search with no success. Review: On Dec 10, 2013, I ordered $65 of products from Hoard o' Bits. The order included two Dark Angels Bike Squads and one Dark Angels Tactical Squad form the Dark Vengeance box set. I never received delivery of that order, but I did receive an order I place a few days later. I emailed hoard O' bits on three occasions and they never responded to any of my attempts to contact them. They also now block their website so I cannot access it from my home computer. I had previously ordered form them and received my products promptly.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money back or at least receive the products I paid for.
