We built a foot wood fence December 29, The next summer some boards warped and we returned and replaced themWe returned times to replace boards for no additional fee and explained staining the boards would help prevent the warping but the customer preferred not to

I am rejecting this response because: contractor is not presenting facts. I  have emails to prove I requested fence repair on 9/10/15, less than 9 months after installation,  and again on 12/10/15. Contractor came out in September 2015, 1 time, and nailed warping boards back in, but absolutely NO boards were replaced. Contractor never returned,  nor did they recommend I stain the fence to stop boards from warping.  When installed,  they told me to wait one year before staining,  which is customary. I have owned 2 homes with wooden fences. They both lasted 9 years without staining and minimal board replacement due to warping. This contractor should have his business license revoked. I just paid another contractor $400 to repair this fence and apply wood screws to every board. The old boards continue to warp and the new contractor is replacing them as they do. New contractor stated this fence was the worst quality and installation job he had ever seen. At least now my dogs can't escape, nor can other dogs get in! [redacted] should reimburse me every penny as the whole fence will need to be replaced. There is even a post coming out of the ground!
