I am writing in response to the complaint concerning a driveway that I did for *** ***I had been in contact with *** *** via text message and phone conversations, the last one being on March 12, During that conversation I told him that *** Concrete would provide the concrete to
replace his driveway and I would do the work to replace his drivewayI also told him that I value the opinions of the representatives of *** concreteThey said there is a water issue under his driveway that needs addressedI did not feel comfortable replacing the driveway without an excavator tearing out the existing drive and excavating under the drive to see what the issue may be*** *** said that he would speak to his excavator and get back with meThat was the last conversation that I had with *** ***.At no time after that day did I recieve a phone call or a text message letting me know that *** was displeased with how we had left thingsHe never told me he was unhappyActually, I found out when a mutual friend told me that *** *** had posted on *** that he was unhappyHe also posted on *** such accusationsthat my business doesn't stand behind our workthat we give excuses, excuses, excusesHe took his dissatisfaction to social media rather that coming to meHe even resorted to name calling and bashing my businessHe even offered free hair cuts to anyone who shared his rantI have copies of all of this which will be happy to share if necessaryI find this type of behavior to be very juvenile and unprofessional, of which I will not be a part.I will no longer accept calls or text messages from *** ***Any correspondence now will be done through my attorney *** ** *** ** ***, *** *** *** *** ***Thank You,*** ***

Also, a structural engineer made this same statementI questioned *** ***r about her business insurance, and I was given NO answerAt one point, *** *** *** *** Concrete stopped all conversationVery frustratingI have sat down with an attorney, and shared all info, on this matter* *** *** *** ***, is a very disappointed former customer of R & D Concrete$11,000+ job, had to be removed, & redone by another cement companyM** *** *** *** **, disappointed former customer of R & D ConcretePoorly built sidewalksHad to be removed & replaced by a different contractorBoth gentleman willing to share their experiences, if needYes, I shared my aggravation on ***"Free haircut" comment was a reply to man's commentMy reply was intended to he, onlyI did NOT post, "free haircuts to whoever shares post." I will continue to speak out about this negative experience w/ Renner & Daughter Concrete.
