Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below[redacted] called regarding the business reply She stated she did not hang up on [redacted] *** She would never do such a think [redacted] stated [redacted] came by one time after her second call [redacted] stated he would return in a day or two to go up on the roof and seal the leak [redacted] never returned [redacted] stated she still has the leak and all she want is the [redacted] to return and seal the leak as she has a year warranty [redacted] stated the business received good money from her insurance company to replace her roof and now the business does not want to provide warranty service for which she has a contract [redacted] stated she is sorry for being a bother to the business but only wants what is due to her based on her year warranty Regards, [redacted]
