First let me say that [redacted] was referred by his realtor to my company, but he made the final decision on what contractor he would be using.This was a 203k rehab loan and I am only required to do the repairs that are specified on the repair sheetAny other repairs that are requested has to be paid out of the contingency funds or out of pocketI do feel that [redacted] didn't read and understand the paper work he signed to get the work done.Attached is the letter of competitions that [redacted] signed, confirming that he verified the work was done as well as the last final drawAs you may already know, 203k rehab loans work is verified by a third party inspector and then all parties have to sign off on the paperwork in order for a draw to be received[redacted] indicated that we broke one of his toilets, which is incorrectThe water was not on when we started the job and upon the water being turned on we noticed the toilet was leakingThere was no agreement in the contract to repair or replace toilets or to put down vinyl flooring, but I told him I would do it for him due to his financial situationI am still willing to do the repairs I stated even though he reported me to the Revdex.com.Respectfully,Ronald H [redacted] Hobby Building & Design LLC
