Company is producing merchandise out of chemicals KNOWN to cause birth defects, fertility issues, and other health problems I purchased a backpack & lunchbox for my year old son from them and when it came in the mail I took it out of the packaging and right away it smelled like chemicals I looked at the label and it says in small print "this product uses a chemical known to cause birth defects and fertility problems in the state of California." So why are they using these chemicals??? For children's products no less?!!! And a lunchbox that carries food that can leak these chemicals into my child's food My son is starting pre school this week and because of this now he has no backpack and lunchbox for school, and I am certainly not going give my toddler anything harmful to go to school with! I am beyond furious Something needs to be done about regulating chemicals that are used for human use, ESPECIALLY for children!!! This is not okay with me!!!! I read the company's return

I haven't received items orderedA shipment was created weeks ago, but has not been given to courier No response from the seller on the matter
I placed an online order at Hobby Hunters Inc (HHI) on Nov24th for large patches, I was sent an email confirmation shortly after the same day On Nov26th I received an email from HHI notifying me that a shipment had been processed with UPS, but the package had not exchanged hands to UPS A week later when there was no progress, I emailed HHI and notified them that there may be an issue When I did not receive a reply I located their alleged phone number (XXX) XXX-XXXX online, which I called and left a messageAfter a week and half I emailed them once again I emailed them once again this morning to outline my next actions since there was no reply As we approach weeks since the order was processed for shipment, I find it troubling that there has been no action or reply at all
