This complaint is not against our company. We refer clients to an outside Law firm when they need any legal advice or documents. The client says that she met with the Law firm and signed the LLC. This issue needs to be addressed with the Law firm directly and not our
organization. We only refer clients to them, we do not handle any of the legal matters. She even states that the advisor instructed her to call the Law firm. As far as we know, the Law firm doesn't charge for appointments or consultations, only for actual work performed. And we as a company, have never charged for appointments, so I'm not sure where that thought process came from.We are only the sales representatives for our clients. The actual money that they invest is held with whichever insurance company that they purchased through us. If she was looking to take a withdrawal from an insurance policy and submitted the paperwork, then the insurance company directly would be sending her the withdrawal funds.The office manager only received one message from the client and immediately forwarded it to the Law firm, since the issue was regarding something that Financial Services of America wasn't involved with. The Law firm assured the office manager that they would reach out to the client that day. After we received this complaint, the office manager verified with the Law firm that they had indeed contacted the client. They also said that they had provided the additional copy of the LLC paperwork that the client was requesting.As far as we are concerned, our company did nothing wrong and this issue was with a different company.Please let me know if you need anything else.*** ***
