Charlatans! Experts at bait and switch when trying to get a refund. I was jumping through so many hoops I could have qualified to work at Barnum and Bailey's circus. But they won. I was worn out by the deceits And this was only an $8.00 purchase. They have a NO FUSS RETURN. It's full of fusses! Do not bother to order from this business circus!

I have a issue with a "No fuss return policy" because I am having a problem.. Im been forced to paying return shipping cost in order to my money to be return!!! So I would like my full return and shipping to be oayed by the seller not the consumer!!

I did as you stated I want a refund but "hobbyking" is making me pay out of pocket in order for them to receive items back and the Customer which is "Me" paying return shipping cost for the amount of 60 dollars. I need hobbyking to pay the shipping cost and my full refund because its not stated in there return policies the buyer must pay return shipping fees...

One of the battery chargers gives an error message. Contacted Hobby King and completed a RMA request, the RMA department replied with the comment that the "charger must be connected to a battery to charge" and closed the RMA request. I was given no option to explain that the charger was properly connected. FYI the second charger functions properly.

HobbyKing asked me for a bank statement for a PayPal transaction.
I moved to a new house and placed an order with paypal on their site.
The next day they asked for a banking statement to verify.
I pointed out that I made the payment via paypal and I don't feel comfortable
providing a statement to a toy company when I completed my transaction
with PayPal.
The company is actively attempting to extort banking information from it's customers.
If you have done this ask your self why this is the only site that does this?
The policy of requesting bank statements is buried on their site,
Details on Address changes or Mis-matched billing & shipping address causing a review of order.
No details about the seemingly common task for the vendor are listed in the FAQ.
No reason provided why this function would be required with the presents PayPal Buyer/Seller Protection.

Hobbyking order #*** dated 18 Jul 18 had items missing and even after communicating for five months they have refused to resolve the issue. They are not ready to accept their mistake and just wanna eat customers money. It is really disappointing that out out of four items ordered three were missing and they are not ready to accept that.
Even in their reply they are arrogant and not ready to listen to the customer who has spent so much time in pursuing the matter. They are further blaming Fed Ex but not Authorizing me to deal with them .. I have ultimately suffered loss of items and money.
They just don't believe the customer and ultimately its me who has lost the trust and my money spent on hobbyking's website. So my advice to other simple trusting people is that HOBBYKING IS A THIEF WEBSITE. Do NOT BUY from this site as you can not be sure they will send your goods and thereafter tell you are a liar and EVEN GO TO THE EXTENT OF GOING INTO YOUR ETHNICITY AND COUNTRY TO REFUSE THE RESPONSIBILITY, as per our records and the shipment weight we sent you everything correct. Although there is no proof of that. When the items werent there in package , they weren't there...period ..

Even I was a very loyal customer of hobbyking but with this bitter and painful experience I have been hurt to no end.
So NEVER BUY FROM HOBBYKING ... Or u have a bright chance of losing it . They won't listen to the CUSTOMER at all.

I've purchased 2 batteries from HobbyKing on 07/29/2018 and returned one back for refund, but still have no refund received. Multiple requests and 2 opened *** cases returned no result, since the seller states they can't proceed with the *** case opened. I closed all the cases and still no refund after almost a month of waiting. After each case closing they promise the refund, but that never happened. Please help.

We have checked the customer's account and we already processed the refund. Customer's also can check his/her account as the refund was already credited. We also informed the customer about this via email.

My order is currently late and still has not shipped out. I contacted customer support to see what was happening with my order. They told me the weather at their warehouse location was very bad, and for nearly a month, orders have been late. If orders have been affected for a month, I believe Hobbyking should have told me that my order would be late. They were unwilling to refund my purchase or even the shipping cost. Rather than notifying me about delays, they collected my money, and kept quiet about the delays they have been having for a month.

Subject business has stolen my email address and sends me spam advertising email which is unwanted and not requested. I am a 3 time victim of both credit card fraud and identity theft and have been advised by law enforcement and legal to insure these thieves are aware of the law as relates their theft. Even though it’s not my responsibility to do so, they have even furnished the following :

As a response they refuse to remove my email address from their solicitation software, and rather, they have increased the amount of commercial add’s they have sent me and each and every one of them are in violation of the Can-Spam Act of 2003. They react in a very immature and unprofessional manner and should have their business license removed

Their response is simply a lie and they don’t care what they submit because they are not an accredited business in your area and their ethics are non-existent.

First of all, I AM NOT A CUSTOMER OF THEIRS. They are sending me spam because they stole my email address and are sending me unsolicited and unwanted advertisements. When I told them to cease and desist the spam doubled. The rest of their comments are not based in reality and have no cognizant relationship to the subject at hand, therefore, worthless babble.

I am rejecting this response because: This response has no basis in reality. I am not a customer - again, they simply stole my email address to send add’s and they violate US Laws, specifically the CAN-SPAM act of 2003. They serve no value in the business or customer communities.

I ordered items from Hobbyking.com. The order, which was comprised of only items listed as in stock and located in the US warehouse sat in processing for more than 9 days, this does not include the time that the order say prior to being listed as processing. Because I saw no updates on my account for an extended period of time, I contacted support to cancel my order, but was informed that even though my order was not at that time scheduled for shipping that I could not cancel my order. This is unacceptable. I escalated my request to one Richard S, who informed me that my request had been denied and that my order had been escalated. He offered several excuses, none of which matter to me, the consumer or should be allowed to impact my very basic expectations. This is again unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. Richard informed me that I could refuse delivery but that I would not receive a full refund. This is unacceptable. I attempted for several days to cancel my order prior to shipment, in order to prevent hobby king from incurring any additional cost, even though the frankly ridiculous manner in which hobby king behaved with regards to this purchase forced me to buy a more expensive product from another vendor. As a consumer, I should not be punished for a vendor's inability to deliver a product in a timely manner, nor should I be punished because of that vendor's own internal shortcomings. I have no doubt whatsoever that my order would still be sitting in whatever limbo it was in prior to my contacting support for a cancellation. As a veteran and logistician who managed to move material to thousands of servicemembers across dozens of installations in Iraq and Afghanistan I am flabbergasted at the level of incompetence and
just the total lack of basic customer service I have encountered with this order.

I am rejecting this response because:

I attempted for several days prior to the shipment of any goods, to cancel the order. At every step, Hobby King has denied it's own ability to act reasonably in this matter. At any time prior to to shipment, upon receipt of my desire to cancel the order, Hobby King could have cancelled the order, but instead they claimed inability to do so because of company policy. Unacceptable. Put simply, they were contracted to provide me goods in a reasonable amount of time, they simply failed. A nearly two week lag between order and shipment of in-stock goods from a warehouse inside of the US is unreasonable in this day and age. At some point, some representative of Hobby King needs to stop pretending that they are powerless in this process. If Hobby King has goods in shipment, it is their own fault, I attempted to resolve this amicably and responsibly. I will continue to do so, but I will not accept receipt of their goods, and I will not pay for the shipment or any other portion of those goods because I tried in good faith to prevent this very situation. I want a full refund from Hobby King.

I am rejecting this response because: It's important to remember that the shipment that Hobby King is referencing is a shipment I very clearly stated, in writing, that I did not wish to occur. I did everything I could to prevent it, but Hobby King chose to ignore those wishes and instead ship an order that I very much did not want. It should be restated that Hobby King was provided 10 days to process and ship my order. They failed to do so. Hobby King was then provided 72 hours to cancel my order prior to shipping it. They failed again. I have now given about 3 additional days of my time to Hobby King trying to get them to act reasonably and rectify their previous failures, but as with every other aspect of customer service, they failed. Now, Hobby King is attempting to charge me for this continued failure without any attempt to take responsibility for the failures, or any attempt at all to rectify them. It should also be pointed out that in this entire exchange that at no point has Hobby King even attempt to offer any assurances that they will correct their mistakes. In fact, they have instead informed me in at least one response that my only option is to refuse delivery of this unwanted order for some unspecified partial credit. Hobby King should be aware that every aspect of this transaction has been unpleasant.Obviously, I can no longer conduct business with Hobby King, but I had at least hoped to resolve this matter amicably. That appears to no longer be an option. Process the refund for the order I clearly cancelled.

I purchased LiPo batteries from Hobby King. After waiting for 10 days, I still hadn't received any shipment notifications, or any updates to let me know there was an issue. I began contacting support. The email on their website is invalid, I received a bounceback after emailing [email protected]. I began using this "Live Chat" function. Chatted dozens of times, most of which went completely unanswered after waiting long periods of time - 30 minutes or more. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company after half a dozen unanswered chats requesting to cancel the order and receive a refund. The day after filing the dispute and receiving a temporary credit from Discover, I finally received a shipping notification via email. I chatted again and someone answered immediately, what a coincidence... I asked to cancel the order. They said no. They said I should've chatted in and waited for someone to answer...

They took my money and refused to ship anything, refused provide any updates as to why they weren't shipping anything, wasted hours of my time, and refused to allow me to cancel the order to shop somewhere else.

I am rejecting this response because:

I am well aware that they've shipped the order and refused to cancel the order because they shipped it. The problem is I contacted them repeatedly on 03/16, 03/17, 03/19, and 03/20 in an attempt to cancel the order. They do not provide a phone number and they've provided a faulty email address. The only means of communication is through a chat program. They repeatedly ignored my chats that clearly stated I wanted the order cancelled on 03/19 and 03/20. They conveniently answered my chat on 03/21 at which time they told me the order couldn't be cancelled because it was already shipped. On 03/19 and 03/20 I spent a total of about 2 hours waiting for someone to answer the chat. On 03/21 they told me I should've waited for them to answer to cancel.

They repeatedly refused to cancel the order by ignoring the chat, the only method of cancellation.

We would not be in this situation if they did not wait 10 days to provide a status update about the products for which I paid over $200.

This company is fraudulent and I want my money back. Now.

This company has not shipped the product I ordered and paid for. I placed my order 3-8-18 and as of today 3-20-18 it still has not shipped. I have contacted the company 4 times now via email and once via a live text chat as they do not have a phone # customes can call. Each time they assured me it will be handeled and they would resolve the issue and their ship time was 2 to 3 days. They have not responded to my last request for a status update and refuse to let me talk with a manager. During the live text chat I repeatedly asked to talk with a manager to resolve the issue and told them I would wait but I was continuously told a manager was not available and when I said I would wait for one they disconnected the communication and kicked me out of the chat. It has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company.

That was my biggest issue. I placed my order with hobbyking USA warehouse on Mar. 9th and up until Mar. 16, my order has not shipped. I contacted their customer service Live Chat and it appears the person answering the questions copy and paste the answer from their pre-generated templates. There is not a phone number listed on their website to be found. I could not get a hold of a live person to discuss about my order. I'm writing this review in hopes that someone will not get the same experience as I did with hobbyking

Puchased item on amazon.com. Vendor refuses refund through return. Wants me to pay for return cost. Amazon cannot do anything about it.

Hobby King overcharged me!! I paid $300 for a Big Power mini metal machine and then I discovered Hobby King is selling the same thing on Ebay for $45.00 less. I tried to cancel my order so I could buy the one on Ebay and was refused. They also dropped the web site price by $15.00 three days after my purchase and also refused to "price match" their own prices. Any contact I had from them on this issue was only emails full of double talk and general B.S. Passion, value and SERVICE ??? What a JOKE !!
