I am rejecting this response because: the offer was extremely minimalI can get free shipping on most of my online orders from other companies on the dailyThat offer does not impress me, seemed more like a slap in my faceI have no desire to do future business with Hobby Lobby, especially if they are willing to do so little to keep me as a customer.

We partnered with the warranty company, who is responsible for the product beyond our day return policyThey will be contacting the customer to offer a resolution

I am rejecting this response because: I did bring all of the items back to the store with the receipt and was not allowed to return them. This was one day after the sale, the items were in perfect condition and had never left my car.

We do not use scanners in our stores; therefore, our receipts are not itemized. If you bring in a receipt without the product, the store has no way to know what item you purchased or if there was an error made during your purchase. If the customer would like a full refund, they are welcome to return...

their product along with their original purchase receipt to any Hobby Lobby within 90 days for a full refund. If they would like to keep their purchased items, we would be happy to refund the difference of the sale if we did in fact make a mistake. The customer is encouraged to return the mug, water bottle, and can cozy to the store along with their receipt for review.
