Unfortunately, we do receive complaints about shipping time frame and processing time frameWe are located in an underground business center constructed within a complex cave systemWe do have to schedule all pick up and drop off truck loads and because of this, we do not offer any form of expedited shippingAdditionally, all orders are processed in the order they are received with a very strict quality check on each item before it is packed and shippedWe do state on every listing that we require up to business days to process an orderThough some orders only take 24-hours to process and ship, some items require an extensive quality check if the item has been received by another customer as defective or damaged in the pastOur shipping time frame is 3-business daysWe are closed on the weekend and so emails and voicemails received over the weekend are not responded to until MondayAll emails are also answered in the order they are receivedThis does mean that while waiting for a response, it is possible for the warehouse to ship the item before we can respond to the inquiryI am very sorry we did not meet this customer’s expectations but again, we do provide a complete disclaimer on each listing providing a processing and shipping time frameWith both time frames added, from the time order to the time received, it can take up to days to receive the productAdditionally we do not offer any form or return shippingThis is also stated in our return policy available on each listingOnce a package has been marked shipped, we cannot cancel the order Thank you, [redacted] Office Manager

expedited shipping. Additionally, all orders are processed in the order they are received with a very strict quality check on each item before it is packed and shipped. We do state on every listing that we require up to 5 business days to process an order. Though some orders only take 24-48 hours to process and ship, some items require an extensive quality check if the item has been received by another customer as defective or damaged in the past. Our shipping time frame is 3-5 business days. We are closed on the weekend and so emails and voicemails received over the weekend are not responded to until Monday. All emails are also answered in the order they are received. This does mean that while waiting for a response, it is possible for the warehouse to ship the item before we can respond to the inquiry. I am very sorry we did not meet this customer’s expectations but again, we do provide a complete disclaimer on each listing providing a processing and shipping time frame. With both time frames added, from the time order to the time received, it can take up to 10 days to receive the product. Additionally we do not offer any form or return shipping. This is also stated in our return policy available on each listing. Once a package has been marked shipped, we cannot cancel the order.  Thank you,  [redacted]Office Manager
