The customer and his girlfriend did inquire about a used truck we had for sale They were very obnoxious to our staff prior to coming up to visitMaking statements to our sales person and other staff that they are the ones the feed them and they need to do what ever they demand They did come up to look at the vehicle even after we told them there was nothing we could do for them The couple kept up the same attitude during there visit, treating everyone here as dirt It all boils down to the fact they wanted an interest rate from a bank that they simply do not qualify forthis greatly upset them, and they started demanding thousands of dollars worth of accessories be added to the vehicle of choice and even stating that we had to take items from a different vehicle and add them to the one they wanted We finally got to the point that we said we can't do anything for you anymore They have been looking for a vehicle for months and I am sure we are not the only dealership that has had the same problems with them So there statements of bait and switch are completely and falls right in line with all the antics they have pulled so farit is best for them to just never to return here again and look elsewhere We have been in business for years + and have no complaints filed for any ethical problems and we never will

I am rejecting this response because: We took our car in for a trade in and in order to close the deal they offered a three month warranty it was verbal the guy that was our salesman was *** *** knows darn well the warranty was offered to us and valid they tried to back out of it at an earlier date and said they would try to fix it and did not succeed the last time we called *** told us to take it *** and they found out what was wrong with it well all of a sudden *** the sales manager did not want to pay to get it fixed it hadn't been months or thousand milesIf they offered to even pay for half we probable wouldn't have this problem. *** ***

The vehicle the customer purchased was an vehicle. Vehicles of that age and miles are sold as-is. I have attached the buyers-guide and due bill both signed by the customer at the time of purchase. As for the multiple repair attempts suggested by the customer. The
vehicle was here one time for the issue they are discussingWe sent it over to the G.Mshop in town to be diagnosed, we were told it was fixedThis was all done out of good faith to the customer as there is no warranty on the vehicle

Review: If I had known they would go back on their word I would never have bought a car from them and I never will again. In order to close the deal they promised us a 3 month warranty or 3000. miles which ever came first with in the first few days the check engine light came on every thing was fine we called took it in the light was off for a wile and came on again this happed three times I told my husband to ask what keeps making the check engine light to keep coming on Hoblit Motors couldn't find the problem or so they say. The last time we took it into a car repair place near by they told us exactly what was wrong. We called Hoblit Motors and told them in the mean time we are on our last week of the three months of warranty so now they said they won't pay to get it fixed. I just can't believe they are risking their 65 year reputation over an $1,100.Desired Settlement: I would like the car to be fixed like they promised.

I am rejecting this response because: We took our car in for a trade in and in order to close the deal they offered a three month warranty it was verbal the guy that was our salesman was [redacted] knows darn well the warranty was offered to us and valid they tried to back out of it at an earlier date and said they would try to fix it and did not succeed the last time we called [redacted] told us to take it [redacted] and they found out what was wrong with it well all of a sudden [redacted] the sales manager did not want to pay to get it fixed it hadn't been 3 months or 3 thousand miles. If they offered to even pay for half we probable wouldn't have this problem. [redacted]

Review: This would go under both the sales issues as well as customer service issue, it started by finding a deal for a truck on their website once I got ahold of their sales person [redacted] she started off nice and very helpful as it should be, she got me info about the vehicle and quoted me prices on the truck. She had two of the same models in and said I can do 35998 on either truck! So we took three days to get everything kinda settled since it was a two hour drive to the Stealership!!! Once we got down their it was very uncomfortable with the finance guys and the sales person. I had all the information that she sent me via text messages about the trucks and the prices they could do on them. So we made the drive down to see them and once we got there it was nothing but shady business practices and NO customer service was the worst I've ever got for a car lot. The sales man that was helping us came back saying that the quotes that we received from katlyn were not doable and wanted to sell the truck for 4000 more than I was told you they gave me the ol " bait and switch" when asked about it they could care less about what information we had got from them.Desired Settlement: Not only did this take 4 hours of drive time to be treated rudely and to get told to bad for you. I would like this dealership to be mark as a bait and switch type of company and for someone to resolve this
