Review: On 8/8/2013 I order food from Hobnobbers for delivery. When I went to go get my food. I saw gravy spilled in the bag. When I opened the container. The sweet potatoes had slide to the left mixing with the peas. And the rice dressing was mixed with the peas and sweet potatoes. I told the driver that it looked like food that feed to pigs. I told him to wait while I go call the restaurant. I have never had anyone to talk to me as [redacted] did. I told her the problem, and I asked for my money back. She told me she was not giving me my money. I asked for both a credit or something different. She refused to do both. I asked to speak with a manager. She said, "You are speaking with her." I then asked to speak with the owner. She said, "You are speaking with the owner." Then a guy got on the phone. I asked his name, and he said [redacted] He told me that he was the other owner. I explained the same thing to him that I did to [redacted]. He told me that he would give me my money back. I went back to the driver, told him that he could keep the food because [redacted]was giving me my money back. The driver told me, "I'm sure I will hear this when I get back." I took a copy of the guest receipt and he left. (guest receipt #704413)Maybe 15 min later, I got a voicemail from [redacted] stating that she was not giving me my money back. Her driver brought the food back and she didn't see anything wrong with it. I called back to Hobnobber. [redacted] answered the phone again. She would not allow me to speak with [redacted] Or listen to what I was trying to explain to her however, she was so busy screaming at me I could not get a word in. I WAS TALKING WITH HER AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I called back several times and she did not answer the phone. A few days later, $9.50 was drafted from my account. [redacted]had already agreed to give me my money back. So sending the food back was the moral thing to do. However, they did not do the moral thing with me. They stole my money. And as of today, I have not received a refund.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. They stole my money and refuse to give me a credit or something different.
