Review: I paid [redacted] $1500 on March 6, 2015 for a trade line that was supposed to be added to my credit report in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks passed, I attempted to contact her; however she would return my calls. I eventually spoke with her on April 27, 2015 and she advised me that the lines were not added and gave a vague excuse as to why it was not added. She assured me that she would pay $150 extra to expedite the service and that it would show up on my credit report within 72 hours. 72 Hours came and went. I waited 2 additional weeks and tried to call her. She refused to take my call, but she sent me and email stating that she would refund my monies in 30 days. T his was told to me in the first week of May 2015. I have yet to receive the return of my $1500.00. I have filed a police report with economic crimes and I am waiting for the case to be assigned to a detective.Desired Settlement: I want the return of my $1500 within 72 business hours.
