I was calling to find clarification on a billing issue from a coolant repair. I was a costumer for their maintenance program, I was calling to question the service charge since they had been out to perform a bi-annual tune up 3 months earlier. I could not understand why it was leaking coolant when it had just been checked. When I requested how often I should have to replace this the technician [redacted] informed me that I shouldn't have to ever and that I must have a leak. I asked him could the last service person have caused the leak when he was performing the maintenance and replacing a part, and I was told that it was due to the heat. The next day I was directed to the customer service manager [redacted]. I informed [redacted] that I was out of town. I am by no means an expert on Air Conditioning repair so I was trying to figure out how this problem occurred and why I was charged the service fee. Since the technician informed me that it was heat related I informed him I would call the manufacturer and ask them what to expect with this unit, heat and coolant leakage. [redacted] then stated "You bought the cheap unit, what did you expect?" The conversation continued to deteriorate and [redacted] told me that he would not help me and then hung up the phone. My mother (who was in the car with me) immediately called him back and informed [redacted] that we would like to discontinue my service with their company. She replayed the conversation that she overheard, he lied and said that he did not say that. She informed him that we would be contacting Revdex.com on the service we received and [redacted] stated he did not care and not to threaten him. I am highly concerned with how I was treated, especially after realizing that this is not uncommon with this company. I am a single mom and a teacher, I do not have extra money and I do not feel that a company should berate me for asking for clarification on billing practices.

I emailed the company the letter, per their instructions, on how to terminate my membership. I wish to terminate my monthly service from them but I have not been given conformation that they have received this (even though I did ask for this.)
