In response to the complaint filed by [redacted] (copy attached)Mr [redacted] recollection is somewhat different then what our file indicatesWe first spoke to Mr [redacted] regarding this matter on June 30, at which time he requested a letter giving specificsWe obtained statements and forwarded them to him on August 12, and requested he contact our office to discuss resolutionWe received no response and we proceeded with suit and the entry of a judgmentMr [redacted] contacted this office about a week ago complaining about this showing up on his credit reportAn effort was made to explain to him what needed to be done but at one point he had to be admonished for his language and the call was terminatedThe above are the only contacts we had with Mr [redacted]

This office is in receipt of your letter of the 7th along with a copy of Ms***'s complaint.? A review of my file shows that on May 11, this office received a Show Cause Order filed? by Ms [redacted] requesting a judgment filed against her be vacatedWe reviewed our file and although we believed we had obtained good service since we had not received any notice to the? contrary, by letter to the Hon [redacted] at [redacted] City Court advised we would not? oppose Ms***'s application for an order vacating the judgmentA copy of that letter is? enclosed.We received nothing further from the Court indicating the result of her request and we assumed? it was resolved.? Upon checking with the [redacted] City Court Clerk's Office we learned that Ms***'s request? was granted however she, as the initiating party, never submitted an Order to the Court for the? Judge's signatureAlthough it would be up to her to do so, we are preparing an Order for the? Judge's signatureOnce it is signed we will file the Order with the [redacted] City Court Clerk and? obtain a Certificate of Disposition for filing in the [redacted] County Clerk's Office.? I am in receipt of your correspondence of September 15, regarding the above matterI have once again reviewed my file and find everything done by this office was legal and ethical and do not find anything that would indicate Mr*** was treated in an "uncalled for" mannerI also wish to point out that as is office policy, he was advised when he first called this office that all telephone calls are recordedWe are always willing to discuss and consider reasonable settlement offers but no proposal of any nature or sort was presented by Mr***yoursROTHMAN EVANS, P.C

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
this is client seems to reply to allow them selves to appear better then they areI will not stop with just this I will be reporting to the local news and my lawyer as the way they treated me is highly uncalled for

Thank you for you assurance with this matterObviously there was some miscommunication from the court as I have personally gone to them three times since they rendered their decision and they stated that the attorney was responsible to clear the recordI also thank the attorney for seeing this through now.?
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.?
