of research on this one including input from several of our technical staff. [redacted] ([redacted]) is one of our customers as Hobsons, an educational software company, provides communication management tools for [redacted]’s prospective students.  As [redacted] had migrated from one tool to another the initial unsubscribe request was honored but mistakenly associated with the incorrect tool.  This was subsequently taken care of so I confirm that [redacted] is unsubscribed.  I also confirm that [redacted]’s use of our products and Hobsons are not sources for the spam experienced by [redacted].  Hobsons has been providing admissions and recruitment solutions to colleges and universities for over 20 years which speaks to our commitment to the education market and a reflection of the integrity of our business.
