Just got my check in the mail and I have to say I am very pleased with this serviceIt happened a lot quicker than expectedI shipped my old engagement ring to them and was notified when they received my ringAccording to the website it can two business days to get an offer once they receive your item, but they got back to me the same day they received my ring with an offerI immediately accepted and was notified my check was in the mail

Also, I liked that unlike some other places, the offer they gave me was the offer - no additional fees taken off that numberIn the end it feels good to have gotten rid of the ring
