This client was refunded his money a week ago when I decided that his character does not meet the requirements of a Team Banks member. Up until the point he recieved services as promised.

I am rejecting this response because the business is questioning my character....

Not once did I portray or the sport of bodybuilding in a negative manner. If this was the case, [redacted] should have been a man about it and address the issue.his issue should of been addressed. It was not because it never was an issue. He is simply upset over this formal complaint and is trying to justify his unacceptable behavior. Regards,
