We conduct over 6000 moves per year. This is the first time this complaint has been raised in the 30,000 plus moves we have conducted over the past 5 years. An error was made in this case, and the offending employee was written up and the personnel file was noted. Also, the offending employee is on probation for a 90 day period, and will terminated if there is any recurrence of this nature.Respectfully,Joe R[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:There has not been a material change in the offered amount which I rejected in June 2014. If anyone cares to know, the original claim was for $2550 and I am not willing to accept anything less than half.Moreover, I will not accept that My Guys Moving are rejecting the claim for the Patio Table. I have provided pictures to document the state of the Patio Table as it was delivered from My Guys Moving. The framed picture also cannot be replaced at an amount of $42. This picture had an original cost of several hundred dollars and cannot be replaced at this amount. It was only due to the negligence of My Guys Moving to properly pack and store this artwork that is damage and nothing below full replacement value will be accepted.
