We purchased kayak rentals in advance and had to wait hours for bus trip to the riverThey overloaded the bus with double the maximum occupancy and people were standing in the aislesThe bus broke down and we had to walk miles to the riverThey ran out of kayaks and we had to load our own canoes into the river, which we found in the weeds, no staff was anywhere to be foundWhen we returned and asked for a refund due to the fact we didn't get our kayaks and we had to walk half the trip, the owner refused! Will never return!

We purchased kayak rentals in advance and had to wait 2 hours for bus trip to the river. They overloaded the bus with double the maximum occupancy and people were standing in the aisles. The bus broke down and we had to walk 2 miles to the river. They ran out of kayaks and we had to load our own canoes into the river, which we found in the weeds, no staff was anywhere to be found. When we returned and asked for a refund due to the fact we didn't get our kayaks and we had to walk half the trip, the owner refused! Will never return!
