[redacted] purchased the dodge Neon for $Plus taxes, and fees on May 3, On the following day, [redacted] called our delareship and was told we would take a look at it I did a goodwill repair on the transmission pan gasket even though she bought it as is The transmission was still leaking in another area the next day so it was brought back to the dealership repair center, she was told again the car was as is but if she would buy the part we would do a goodwill adjustment and do the labor for free She through a fit and some how got my personal number I explained to her as is is as is but it would help her as a good will adjustment if she would pay for the part She threatened me with ruining my business and used horrible language, which I still have on my phone I told her to stop texting me at that point and she continued until I contacted my phone company and and blocked her number.She has made untrue statements about me on line, harassed me on my phone After this is over I (unintelligible) file charges on her over the phone harassment and cruelty over the lies on trying to ruin my business I have been in business for over years and sold thousands of cars and have always been fair to customers That is how I retain my A+ rating with Revdex.com and many automotive organizations.Bryan C [redacted] owner Hocking River Motor Coincluded is a copy of Purchase Order, and Buyers Guide Stating as is with [redacted] s Signature
