addressed by her contractor.  Hockstein's will submit a claim to [redacted] Industries on her behalf and that of [redacted] on the wear issue that was expressed.  [redacted] will then review the claim and make a determination as to its validity and propose any resolution.I will point out that at no time did Hockstein's refuse to file a claim, but rather instructed [redacted] to work with [redacted] (the business that bought the carpet from us) to have the claim filed.  This is the standard practice.  Bob W[redacted]Hockstein's
