Good afternoon ***: Apparently, my computer skipped the ability to reply to Holder's replyPlease add this response to your documentation.We DO NOT accept Holder's replyThey said to have felt "physically threatened." I have never dealt with a company who has claimed to be so "family oriented", only to be told to figuratively kiss their behindNot to mention, I NEVER spoke to the respondent of their letter, only the young lady who is identified by the writer as the "sister." As well, their estimate return to [redacted] is, in fact, incorrect by approximately $($146.76) The Revdex.com should label Holder's as a hostile business environment that provides poor customer service, and falsifies the paperwork to receive a higher payment from the insurance company they are repairing for Respectfully,

Ms [redacted] brought here car in on June 22, for an estimate and it was submitted with photos to [redacted] on that same dayMs [redacted] agreed to bring her Hyundai Accent in for these repairs on August 7,We took care of her repair in a timely fashion and called here to pick up her car on August 16,at 5:pm with repairs totaling $She picked up her car and we delivered it with the final paperworkAfter taking the car home she noticed a scratch on the mirror cap that had been over looked and a bubble in her pin stripingShe called to take to us about these issues and she was very upset and unrulyWe told her to come by and let us look at the issue and that we would address and problems that she had and take care of themWe told her we would be glad to take care of the issues and let her use one of our loaner cars so that she would have something to drive for the one afternoon that we would need her car to take care of her two small issuesShe called yesterday, irritate out of control and her husband was in the back ground screaming profanity and threats to my sister and myself on the phone callWe tried to calm her down by saying we would rectify the situation however our loaner cars are still out and since the issue was cosmetic and not a safety issue I wanted to get one of those cars in before handling corrections so she would have a means of transportationShe continued to get more upset as we tried to calm the situation and her husband was going COMPLETELY berserk in the background, calling people names cussing our company workmanship and service which we pride ourselves in and have for over yearsAt that point I was certain that the best solution would be to call [redacted] and have the adjuster come out and set her up with another Select Service shop in order to handled the issue that were needing to be addressedI then called [redacted] had it documented and corrected the estimate to reflect the repairs to the mirror cap that were over looked and then refunded [redacted] $This amount was the total for the removal/reinstall/refinish that was issued back to [redacted] for services not performedWe have been in business for a long time we are family orientedWe work very hard everyday to provide comfort and great service to our customers and we have a reputation that supports that qualityWe were TRULY scared and worried about how these two would react after this phone callWe were worried that he would hurt her or come down here and hurt one of usWe have NEVER dealt with this kind of extreme and unstable behavior beforeIt was unnervingWe had to back away and turn it over to [redacted] to settle the is issue up and hop that they could find her another shop that could handle issuesThey obliged.ThanksLarry * H***

pick up her car on August 16,2017 at 5:03 pm with repairs totaling $1554.74. She picked up her car and we delivered it with the final paperwork. After taking the car home she noticed a scratch on the mirror cap that had been over looked and a bubble in her pin striping. She called to take to us about these issues and she was very upset and unruly. We told her to come by and let us look at the issue and that we would address and problems that she had and take care of them. We work very hard everyday to provide comfort and great service to our customers and we have a reputation that supports that quality. We were TRULY scared and worried about how these two would react after this phone call. We were worried that he would hurt her or come down here and hurt one of us. We have NEVER dealt with this kind of extreme and unstable behavior before.
