The above complaint is not accurateI had dialog with the prospective client throughout the week and she had in fact expressed a desire to purchase the vehicle her friend was trading inShe also had expressed a possible desire to "go in a totally different direction" at one point during the week She is correct that I did in fact call her to verify financing arrangements, I left her a voice mail that was not returned until the following eveningThe vehicle in question was sold the same evening I left the voicemailIt was a used vehicle owned by Elk Grove Buick GMC that we were in no way legally obligated to sell to her or anyone else and in turn she was in no way legally obligated to purchase it from us and could have cancelled at anytime as she had made clear to us earlier in the weekIn regards to doing this to customers all the time, that is completely inaccurateWhen marketing used vehicles we end up with multiple customers expressing interest in the same vehicle on a regular basis and what it comes down to is simply who actually buys the vehicle firstWe don't hold used vehicles ever, they are for sale until they are sold and we have signed contracts

Elk Grove Buick GMC does not have any records of a contractual agreement with "*** ***"

However, upon conversations with the Service Associate, ***, we were told that no diagnosis could be made, that no repairs were made, and that the Service Department was unable to determine the source of the leak. The vehicle was picked up on 4/21/with directions to see a body shop for resolution of unknown problem.Thank you for giving us a response to the issue with our vehicle

The Vehicle was brought in from another shop (Rancho Murieta automotive) after they diagnosed it to be a water leak and told customer that the dealer could do these repairs as a goodwillWe (Elk Grove Buick GMC) diagnosed the electrical issue to a water leakWater was getting into the fuse
box on the right front dash areaWe replaced right front door seal that was leaking water into compartment we than rechecked and found water coming in from the roof areaWe then spent time trying to figure out were the water leak was coming fromWe cleaned out all drain tubes from the sun roof, rechecked and still leaking found water coming in from the roof rack boltsremoved the roof rack and found the bolt inserts should be removed by a body shop incase it causes any roof warping(To diagnose the water leak the head liner had to be lowered to see where the leaks were coming from.) We informed customer of the situation and did not charge the customer for any diagnostic time, tear down or the replacement of the door sealso there were no chargescustomer picked up vehicle on the 21stof April. When marketing used vehicles we end up with multiple customers expressing interest in the same vehicle on a regular basis and what it comes down to is simply who actually buys the vehicle first. We don't hold used vehicles ever, they are for sale until they are sold and we have signed contracts.

Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle is registered to 4/2/2016.  We need to know from him weather he has license plates 6cth997 and 2016 tags on his 2009 [redacted] Camry.  If not we can order them up for him.  We show no hitches in the paper work to DMV and that we even sent him a DMV refund for...
